FUNDING FOR TRIAL PEE & POO PROJECT
Our charity gets no Government funding. All members are volunteers. We have been able to get some financial support from generous pharmaceutical companies and a multitude of philanthropists – small and large.
We now want to have a greater impact in eradicating death in Australia from Bladder Cancer, by including a urine self test kit in with the Government bowel cancer test kits. We have a full program ready to go.
We have talked to many levels of Government, but we find it impossible to get support for a trial. To get attention for the program, we need to have facts and figures, so the cost for a trial is our burden.
We need $25,000 to do a urine self test trial in a rural town.
